Ciao!

Hello!

My name is Lili Ward. I'm a junior at American University in Washington DC, studying International Studies (and hopefully Public Health). This blog is going to cover all of  my adventures during my study abroad at The American University of Rome for the Spring of 2011. I leave on Sunday, and will arrive in Rome Monday.

For some reason it's hard to wrap my mind around than India was. I think I spent so much time getting ready for India that I was forced to think about it all the time. But getting ready for Italy is so much easier than India was, so it hasn't required as much thought.

Anyway, I'll be checking in next from the other side of the world!
